- Observed documents: anonymised quotes, bills, monitoring exports and completion records reviewed with permission.

- Modelled examples: calculations or scenarios built to explain a decision. These are never labelled as observed customer data.
Legal, incentive and tariff claims
We link to the operative provision or official procedure where possible, record the review date and distinguish confirmed rules from items under review.
